Our Classes

BARRE

(Beg/Adv) Intense full body, non-impact workout. The muscles in each group are fatigued via small targeted movements, high repetitions, and light weights or resistance.

CYCLE

45-50 minute high energy bike workout.
- New people need to arrive 10 minutes early for setup instructions.
- Bring a towel and water bottle.

FLEX

(Beg/Adv) Total body conditioning to help build muscle strength, endurance and tone.

HIIT BOOTCAMP

(Beg/Adv) Focus on lower body. Fast-paced, high-intensity workout designed to torch calories and build strength in a short amount of time.

JAX BEST BOOTCAMP

Strength and Conditioning at it's Best! One hour high intensity total body workout with cardio that uses non-apparatus exercises such as push-ups, jumping jacks and crunches in combination with the sleds, slam balls, weight balls, air bikes, rowing machines and other exercises.

X-FIT 50

- 50 minute total body workout that uses functional exercises with bands, dumbbells and body weight with minimal rest.
- Muscle building
- High intensity

YOGA

Increase strength and flexibility using proper posture and breathing techniques.

BIKE BOOTCAMP

Our Bike Bootcamp is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines cycling with strength training for maximum results.
